Ileana Lucos Fay is an entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker. She is an award winning business owner, who also has a passion for helping other small businesses in their pursuit of their own goals. Ileana successfully led Florida Palm Construction for 9 years as President before recently handing it over to new management in 2023. During her time at Florida Palm, she also diligently owned, grew, and scaled two other businesses.
Ileana has been nominated as a Top 100 Women Leader by The Women’s Edge in 2023, the Future Leader of the year by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and a Top 100 Leaders in Real Estate and Construction by the World Real Estate Conference (WRECONF).
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University, where she swam on the Varsity team with a mid-distance specialty. Ileana uses her background in swimming to serve the community by sitting on the board of a local non profit, The Gunner Martin Foundation, which brings awareness to childhood drowning and provides resources and scholarships to equip families in water safety.
Although she holds many professional accomplishments, she is happiest with her husband, raising their two children and furry companion at their home in Weston.
